Amazon are increasingly allowing suppliers based in Hong Kong or China to pretend that they are in the UK. 3 times in 3 weeks now with no delivery, late refunds and products not dit for purpose. Shop elsewhere. Amazon have lost control of their own company and seem unable to listen or act in the favour of the customer.

Amazon is the shadiest company for ordering online. They imply if you say you didn’t get the item or if something is wrong with item the imply maybe you broke it while opening the package. And just tonight after waiting 1 week while it said my item is being packaged to ship I find out tonight 1 week later that the wharehouse the item was was closed down “due “. To COVID-19 Get this April 19/2021 more then a month ago and they offer me a $15 gift card but now apparently it was cause of COVID-19 so they don’t need to credit me anything! So tough luck for me THEYRE probably laughing at this being able to keep my money till the Bolton, ON, warehouse is back in operation!!… I’ve never heard anything so cockamamie from such a huge billion dollar company! The item is only $28 but to me that’s a weeks worth of food! Too bab the little guy can’t win once in awhile without taking the matter to court!…. I’m sick to my stomach over this. P.S. I’m just joking about them laughing at being able to keep my money till the Bolton, ON, place opens I know they’re not laughing.

Banning books is communist and supporting communist actions makes you guilty of treason against this country. You corporate failures do not seem to understand that the country in which you were founded matters, without it, you would not have your success, without it, you would not have the voice to spread lies and deceit for wrongs. Your hypocrisy is a sign of your ignorance and frankly shows your stupidity. Pull your heads from between the cheeks of terrorist (obama) and start supporting the country that made you your billions...failure to do such will result in huge loses for your greedy company.

I was on hold twice for over 15 minutes for an item they never delivered. Hateful customer service. I am paying for Prime membership for NOTHING!!!

They lie about your goods been delivered.
The status of my order was delivered by hand to me. I contacted them to say this was not right. Eventually omitted they it may not had been delivered but told me I would just have to wait at least 48 hours the see if it turned up. Ask them a few times to change the status back to undelivered. Keep ignoring this request. Also, if you try to leave a bad review that criticises Amazon on the delivery they will block it. This is not the first time that they have done this.

Locked me out of my account, then customer service tried to tell me that my debit card was never used on that account when I called. What? That was the card I used to pay for amazon prime, and the same card I used to make all my purchases on Amazon. Never actually sent my amazon credit card, so after getting locked out of the account I had no way of actually paying off the balance of the thing, so my credit will be taking a hit over Amazon's incompetence. I just don't have the time or energy to list every problem I've had with them, but Amazon is garbage and I hope people realize that soon. Seems strange that as soon as you find off-site reviews they don't look anything like the ones posted to Amazon huh?

Amazon are ok until you are sold stuff from a company and it never arrives and you never get the refund you applied for. They allow a company called TECH BABOON to sell plants through them. DO NOT USE the company TECH BABOON, it's a fraud, they take your money and nothing turns up!

All companies have their problems.... Whether it be supplier problems or. logostics.. personally I've had.no problems with this company. A couple of times my.prime account had required payment when I've not paid. My.problem not theirs. But did have a problem trying to update.my.details with a new card. But overall brilliant! Especially during this awful pandemic.
